Back to School Lunch Ideas
I had so much fun preparing back to school lunch ideas with Cow Candy cheese. All it took were a few ingredients and a little time. If you are making lunches for multiple children make sure you have enough ingredients to make several meals. I would recommend prepping lunches in advance alternating the ingredients to come up with new and exciting lunches throughout the week.
A few tools I used were kabob sticks and silicone baking cups. I purchased the baking cups on Amazon here.
I made several types of sandwiches but you can also do mini wraps. A heart shaped turkey and cheese, Sun butter and Jelly, and my famous pepperoni pizza sandwich. My son loves this one. To make this yummy treat all you need is bread, pepperoni’s, marinara, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil. Pile on the pepperoni, marinara, and mozzarella. On the top, I dab a bit more sauce, one piece of cheese and fresh basil. Yum!
I used cookie cutters to cut the sandwich into shapes. You can do any shape you think your little one will like. I purchased this giant tub of over 100 shape cutters on Amazon.
After that, I cubed the cheese and made a variety of small snacks to finish off several fun lunches for the week.
