Dang… now I want some over easy eggs.
When I was pregnant I was obsessed with eggs in a basket – my favorite version was from Cracker Barrel. I wouldn’t hesitate to send it back if the eggs weren’t right. The warm but runny yolk is what makes the dish!
Those sound delicious! We use eggs for everything around here and I would love to try those!
I love scrambled eggs with cheese or a hard boiled egg.
