Nursing bras are fantastic. They make getting baby to the boob so much easier and faster, I wear them all day everyday, unless we are going for a run, and will continue to until Emersyn stops nursing. Now that I’m back to work, though, I have to pump. Which means I either have to hold the pump pieces on, or tape them to my boobs while I pump so I can eat at the same time (ER nurses don’t exactly get consistent or long breaks though my coworkers are great at covering for me to get away for a quick pumping session).

BeliBea claims all-day comfort through a seamless stretch fit, plush-lined adjustable straps and a rubber band to provide flexible support. Your boobs will grow and shrink all day long, your bra should be able to play along!
Use is as a nursing bra with baby: lower both panels to breastfeed. Or a pumping bra when you need to pump: lower just the front panel to reveal a hands-free pumping bra. Or both at the same time! This would have been fantastic to have when I was working full-time with Micah because I pumped after one of his nursing sessions daily, this would have cut my time in half by pumping while I nursed! And as a mom of a newborn, time is precious!
Nourish is also built like a normal v-neck bra with center ruching so you don’t get the sports bra “uni-boob”. Finally, it has removable pads between the cup panels for extra support, comfort, shape and leakage control.
