While reading the book with your Interactive Story Buddy – a few select phrases that are spoken trigger your buddy to react or comment back.

My computer is acting up big time so this may be the reason but I found no where to comment on the HCG diet for my comment entry above. I find this diet harsh. I went to get a by pass surgery and due to my health was unable so I tried to follow the very low carb diet. It is very hard. I made my own tweeks to it and still loose about 40 lbs a year. I give you very much credit for doing as well as you are. The problem with these diets are once you get off them the weight comes back, be careful. Healthy weight lose is 1-2 lbs per week. Good Luck!
