Morning Latte makes my Breakfast {And DAY} Better!! #LatteLove

I am not a morning person by nature…. But you know what’s weird? I’m not a night owl either. (Even though it’s 10pm when I’m writing this right now!!)

I’ve been working outside the home for the last almost two months now – and sleep deprivation coupled with a disastrous home and lack of blogging time, has really made me grumpy lately… which doesn’t help the problem ONE bit.

But the other day – I woke up…. early.

Imagine that?!  I had showered the night before (which I oh-so-rarely do because my precious hair is not as pretty the next day…) which was OK because as a Dental Hygienist I just have my hair up in a pony tail anyway.  I got up when my alarm went off, got ready in peace and quiet (because everyone else was still sleeping!) {Angel Choir: ♪ ♫ aaaaAAAAHHHHHHHhhhhhhh ♪ ♫ }

Anyway, I got out of the house just as my husband was waking up, and went to… **Starbucks**  {Angel Choir: ♪ ♫ aaaaAAAAHHHHHHHhhhhhhh ♪ ♫ } I <3 starbucks SO much.  And you know what?? It makes my entire day Happy.

I’m currently researching other ways to make my day that are a bitttt on the cheaper-but-still-easy side, like buying a Nespresso machine… I *really* want one, because then I can make better Caramel Macchiato’s from home – and not spend $4.60 each time I want to have a good day.
Too bad they’re not responding to my emails (Yes, I have pitched them.. twice.).

You know – I just picture myself getting up – maybe a LITTLE early each morning, making my own caramel macchiato in minutes – and reading up on my favorite blogs.

I really like NiceGirlNotes.com because she cracks me up – and can make anything funny just by adding a ‘heeyyyyyyyyy…’ to the end of it. She is super sweet too – and I thiiinnkkkk I may have scared her a little bit when meeting her IRL and telling her how much of a fan I am.  (Seriously. I would never approach and proceed to drool over a celebrity, but I did – ALL over Roo. <figuratively of course. Ew.>). I’m pretty sure she was slowly walking backwards to the nearest exit after meeting me. *awkward*!! (Hi Roo! I promise I’m not a crazy psychopath!! I just think you’re awesome.)

And I hate to admit – I’m a closet fan: Motivated but extremely Intimidated and oftentimes Depressed by reading iheartorganizing.blogspot.com.  She KILLS me with her beautiful home – and how it seems SO perfect…. If I ever visited her house I’d be looking for her ‘Monica’s Closet’. It’s GOT to be there somewhere… But I only wish I could be as colorful as she is. I all-too-often opt for Boring Browns in my home (Story of my LIFE!) – and she just seems to have all the exact pieces she needs… ugh. Annoying, right? But lovely, too.
She might just be TOO Perky for my morning – but maybe an afternoon Latte?

    I’m a Starbucks addict!I could drink a frappachino everyday if I could afford it.I love this big coffee cup! I’m a coffee cup/mug person.I have so many now I don’t have anywhere to put them.I have them stuffed in different cupboards in my kitchen. Thank you for the great giveaway! 🙂

    Through the summer months my fave is a eventide Vanilla Bean Frappaccinno’. Now that fall is in full swing,, my new fave is pumpkin spice cappacino or latte. I think they can add pumpkin spice to any type of brew. Its def a fave in my life!

    Totally agree that waking up before the rest of the family is a fantastic time to savor coffee. So quiet and peaceful in the house. I sort thru the inbox get the TV news on to see what the weather will be.
    I’m content with my Keurig and love the dark roast coffees that stand up to flavored creamers.

    my hubby has been stopping after work and buying me pumpkin spice lattes in the mornings..he works nights by the way..anyway it is the most delicious flavor I have ever tasted in my life 🙂
