Hey all, I am supposed to be started on my spring cleaning week event by now; but I got a bit behind with all the Blog Renovation Chaos and the whole family’s colds – and so I’m hoping to get that started in the next day or two. My 5 1/2 month old Ethan is having surgery tomorrow (nothing major, but definitely still scary for mom and dad!) and so I’m hoping that he does just fine and recovers perfectly fine from all the pain of surgery (and lets me get some stuff done!) But we’ll start the event as soon as possible! I’ve got some awesome things to get up online – but I also have some major projects associated with those things that obviously need to be completed before I can post about them… You’ll see 😉
If anyone is reading this before and around 9:30am tomorrow central time – send a prayer for my son!! I think the hardest part honestly is going to be tonight when I can’t feed him.. That’s why I’m still up actually, because I have to give him his last feeding for the night at a specific time; and then he can’t eat/drink until after the surgery is over around 11am… That’s pretty huge for a kid who still eats every 3-4 hours, even over night…<I’m pretty sure Ethan hates sleep, so that’s why he wakes up in the night still…> I failed babywise on baby #2; and it shows.
Hope all went well and he’s resting comfortably!!
