We are getting married this August. Anyone who knows me knows that I am a very petite woman. However, after having our son I’ve struggled to lose the belly fat. Update: This was not easy but it was worth it. Following the Personal Trainer diet, exercising 2-3 times a week and drinking plenty of water. I have amazing results. I also changed little things in my daily routines. Such as, taking the stairs once a day, that’s 11 flights up to my office. Parking further during trips to the store and even doing quick 5-10 minute ab and leg exercises. My overall take on the Personal Trainer Food program is it works.
